Justin “Judd” Bohall founded Bayview Financial Group to serve individuals, families and business owners in his local community and surrounding region by providing objective financial advice to help them work towards their retirement goals. As an independent retirement consultant, Judd works with clients to develop and implement comprehensive retirement plans that integrate a fully customizable set of services, including income planning, age-based portfolio strategies, insurance solutions and business valuation. He has been in the financial advisory business since 2001 and holds a bachelor of science in economics and finance from State University of New York at Fredonia.

Alyson is a native of Western New York. She attended Kent State University and earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Major in Finance. After graduating from Kent State University Alyson and her husband, Matt, moved to Arlington, Virginia where she began her career in the finance industry.  Alyson earned her securities license in 2013 and then went on to receive her insurance license all while working with a boutique financial planning firm. Alyson is a Certified Financial Planner™, a designation she earned in 2016.  Alyson, along with her husband and daughter, moved back to the Western New York area in 2018 to be closer to extended family. ​

As administrative assistant at Bayview Financial Group, Debbie Schultz handles all client administrative needs, including new account applications, account transfers and electronic document filing for the paperless office. Before joining the Bayview team, Debbie spent over 20 years providing human resources administrative support, acquiring a strong set of people-centric skills that align well with our client-first philosophy. Debbie is the first person clients meet when visiting Bayview, and she cherishes the close relationships she builds with our clients and their families.
Debbie resides with her husband in Erie, Pennsylvania. Outside of the office she enjoys quilting and spending time with her grandchildren. All 15 of them!
